What a year!

But now we are back and with more motivation than ever to stay as fit and healthy as possible. In-person classes will be starting again from Monday 7th June, following our usual Covid-secure guidelines. 

Mixed ability classes are suitable for pretty-much anyone and everyone. All the exercises have different levels and modifications so there's something for everyone. 

Power Pilates is suitable for anyone, injury-free, looking to tone up, lengthen and strengthen muscle, whilst still enjoying all the stretching and mobility moves Pilates is known for.
