I run a number of classes each week offering a Pilates method to suit most people. 

PURE PILATES is just as it sounds. All the wonderful, flowing, lengthening and strengthening exercises you need to ensure a strong core and an improved posture in classes range from beginners to Intermediate.

POWER PILATES is my own take on an advanced class. We employ all the fundamentals and principles of Pilates but working at a challenging level - it has been likened to 'Boot Camp' Pilates by some! Hard work, but very quick results and highly effective in toning and strengthening all major muscle groups.

QUICK TONE  is 30 minutes of pure, targeted, toning and strengthening based on Pilates core strength exercises. Hard work, loads of fun and quick results.

9:30-10:30am - Mixed Ability

10:45-11:45am - Complete Beginners

Payment info:

Pure Pilates and Power Pilates classes are £8 per class and I ask for payment for the term in advance. If you miss a class you are welcome to make it up at any of my other, term-time, classes. I am unable to offer a refund or to deduct the cost of that lesson from future bookings. Your place is only guaranteed once payment has been received and you have received confirmation from me. Classes run during the holidays are separate and as such cannot be used as a catch-up class.
