Service Description

This hour is designed around your needs and requirements. Many people come for a top-to-toe body analysis, with a view to increasing flexibility and mobility and improving sporting performance or general well-being. By carefully working through a number of moves we can design a plan tailored exactly to your body's requirements. Alternatively, you might be curious to learn how Pilates can help keep you strong and flexible, so a 1:1 would be the perfect solution. This session would give you all the fundamentals you would need to join in an established mixed ability class. It's a brilliant option to choose, before signing up to a course, if you are unsure whether Pilates is for you.
